Breaking swf

Hey guys I know there are alot of threads about this but i couldnt find one so help me out here.

I made this site around a year or so ago and I really like it but the FLA got deleted when my machine crashed.
Now All I have is the swf that was on my server but how do I get it to revert back to FLA format? Just how messy is it and what programs can I use?
Would it work on this:
