Bringing paths into Photoshop from AI as PATHS
What happened to bringing paths into Photoshop from Illustrator as PATHS? Used to be able to copy paths into Photoshop from AI 8 as a path. Can this still be done? If not why? Clean paths from Illustrator are fare better to work with than magic wanding and creating paths in Photoshop.

Re: Bringing paths into Photoshop from AI as PATHS
This seems to be really unclear to an awful lot of people. Adobe could have done a MUCH better job of explaining this.
In your preferences, under Files & Clipboard, you need to select AICB and check "Preserve Paths" as your Clipboard preference in order for this to work the old way.

Re: Bringing paths into Photoshop from AI as PATHS
Well thank you very much for making this clear to me. I thaught this would be the dumest this for Adobe to scrap. They don't even explain this in the manual. On page 120 "To drag and drop artwork into Photoshop as paths" they don't say anything about changing preference. And i looked through preferences and couldn't find this. It's burried in there.
Thank you again!
