Default Browser accessibility with CSS

I'm setting up a website for a restaurant using CSS. I have tested the site
using the latest versions of IE, Netscape, Opera, and Firefox. Everything
looks good on my PC but when I have tested it on other PC's it is not aligning
correct. Should I drop the CSS and switch to tables? Or what can I do to
assure me that it will render correctly on most PC's?

Here is a link to the site (it is not complete and some of the links do not
work):

www.sethglass.net

Here is a link to the CSS:

http://www.sethglass.net/css/template.css

Please help, thank you.
