Browser Crashing... ????

[Temp]

I'm not sure what the deal is , but every time I try to do a postback in my
application the browser crashes. This problem just started occuring, and I'm
not sure what is causing it. I know this is pretty ambiguous, but maybe
someone here will have some advice as to what I should be looking for.

Any Ideas?

Also,

The problem has something to do with saving the ViewState, the error doesn't
occur when I have viewstate set to Off.

I am binding data to drop down lists, but I have the method encapsulated in
the (!this.IsPostBack) directive.

Any ideas why I am experiencing this behaviour?
