browser window is 'mispositioned'
when i click on File/Browse, the browser window is opened but the top third of the window is hidden behind the main Elements menu. I just can't get to it or see what's there. The only way I can see the whole window is to click on the desktop, in which case the window persists but the main Elements menu minimizes. If I try to click on the top of the browser window in order to move it, it just brings back the Elements Menu and now the top of the window is hidden again.
How can I relocate this thing so I can use it?

Re: browser window is 'mispositioned'
Try resetting palette locations. It is under the Window menu.
