For some unspecified reason you have a javascript in your code that is set to
resize the window after it loads.

<script language="JavaScript">
resizeTo(654, 590);
</script>

The 654 and the 590 are the window dimensions. Adjust those to larger amounts
and your window will be larger. Or you can delete the script alltogether,
unless you need if for some reason.
