Brush Adjustment Freeze
On occasion, while using the clone tool, the brush will suddenly drop down to pin hole size and refuses to move. When I toggle the up and down bracket keys, the brush preset picker numbers move, but the on screen brush remains just a dot. I have to save and reboot. Very Annoying. I have tried dumping preferences. Anyone else have this problem and a solution?

Although it won't produce a "dot", rather it will produce crosshairs, are you sure your Caps lock is not being toggled on accidentally? The only reason I mention it is because you say rebooting clears it.
