Bug in 8.5? Invalid Link

I cannot find any documentation on this problem but it appears to be a bug. If I go to Modify, Movie, Xtras and select download if needed I get the following error:

Problem connecting to: "http//download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave85/xtras"
-2147217358

I have tried manually typing in this link and it comes up with an macromedia page that says ERROR.

I need to download the xtra needed for my movie, but cannot. Has anyone run into this before??

hi,

Are you under a firewall or connected via a proxy server? If so, manually
configure your proxy info in the Network preferences:
File>Preferences>Network.
If the problem persists, contact your network administrator to make the
necessary adjustments to make sure that connection attempts by Director is
not blocked.
