Built in Dreamweaver - updated in GoLive - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I have a lead - the client would like me to build a site for them - and then have their staff member update the site. No biggie except that the staff memeber is training in Go Live. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with any compatibility issues concerning a situation such as this. Typically i would build a template in Dreamweaver so that the staff updater wouldnt be able to break my design -- but im not so sure this is possible if they are updating in GoLive. I hope someone out there knows the answer....

I have spoken with the client about Contribute and it looks like they are going to forgo the rest of the Go Live training and purchase a copy of Dreamweaver and start training on that.Good job on your part! You've saved them a ton of money and time spent on a hopeless project, i.e. maintaing a web site using Adobe Golive - especially if they have any interest at all in working/developing towards a standards compliant site. Macromedia is light years ahead of Adobe Systems in this area.

Not only that consideration but now your client will have a professional suite of software available to them that is supported by publishers, universities, private schools, etc. Just in the area of book publishing the ratio between Macromedia Dreamweaver MX vs. Adobe Golive 6.x is probably 20-1
