There is no one product I know of, but Mac OS X comes with everything
you need to do this. Folders and/or files with resource forks can be
put on a disk image (with Disk Copy), which can then be split using,
shockingly enough, the "split" command. If you're uncomfortable at the
command line, apps like Split&Concat put a GUI on the process.
