accessible (save the iMac's upper slot) you should do it yourself.

some sort of comfort from having the machine delivered all set up by
the manufacturer. And there _are_ people who have such needs for
various reasons. If you're not among them, there's no reason to buy
more than the minimum from Apple.

my 2 month old PowerMac. I have had no problems and performance is great.
Then again I am a Mac newbie barely one year and two months old and this
is the first PowerMac I have ever used and owned. I do a fair amount of
video editing as a hobby. This machine takes it all stride with !Gb of
memory.
