C3 crashes on making edit

C3 crashes every time I try to edit
[url]http://homepage.mac.com/krogers126/flowers/PharistsFloralDesign_Main.htm[/url]. It's
based on the Main page of the starter business brochure template. Last night
I was having crashing problems after creating and editing this page in
contribut for several days, and so I fixed permissions, deleted Contribute's
cache files in /Library/application support/macromedia/contribute/ and
reinstalled contribute. Same thing happened - crash just after the "making
draft" progress indicators are done.

Oh, and one more thing... My other .mac web pages seem to work fine. see

what about trying to delete your local draft and configurations folder and creating a new connection?

where are those files other than: /Library/application support/macromedia/contribute/ ??

that would be it.. i hope it fixes the problem..

I deleted the entire Contribute 3 folder like zhayhieed suggested, and tried
again. C3 crashes on edit. I did notice that the connection had an error, so
I re-created my connection to .mac and tried. The page viewed fine, and
downloaded the temp files when I clicked edit, but just as it finishes, C3
crashed yet again. That's at least a dozen contribute crashes in a 36 hour
period. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I have logged a Support email, but they have not gotten back to me yet.

Any other suggestions? Please!

hi.. what about trying to delete the 'TMP...' folder in your site in your
server and creating a new connection? If this still doesn't help.. i guess
you'll need to check this Tech Note:
