C4 Broken "insert video" functionality?

I don't know about the Windows version, but Contribute 4 on Mac cannot insert a
video. I've tried drag-and-drop as well as "Insert Video" from both a file on
my computer AND from a file already on the website. It's totally broken. It
plays fine within Contribute's edit window, but does not appear once published
(with Contribute, Firefox or Safari). I am less and less impressed with
Contribute 4.0 the more I use it. Please let me know if you have similar
experiences with video.

What webserver are you using? The default apache that comes along with
Mac? What version of Mac are you running on? What type of connection are
you using?

When it is playing fine in Contribute Edit mode this implies that it
works fine, after publishing if it is broken then i think this might be
some issue with the way page is hosted on your webserver?

Works fine for me without any problems both on win and mac.
