C4 Critical bug not fixed

Unbelievable. The root-relative bug persists in C4. If you have pages which use
a common menu include page (with links), C3 and now C4 will fail you. Users who
add links to these pages won't even realize that their new links are relative
to the current location. Every page outside of this directory that includes
this menu of links will have a set of broken links. This is a terrible bug.
Including a link menu is standard practice. There NEEDS TO BE an admin way to
set Contribute to use root-relative links. :disgust;

I'll throw in another vote of frustration on this. It's an option in
Dreamweaver, it has to be an option in Contribute.
