    Default CA Migration error

I am trying to igrate our enterprise CA from W2K to W2K3.
    I am following Q298138.
I have backed up on the old CA (OK)
I have moved the CA to another W2K server (OK)
I have upgraded his server to W2K3 (OK)
I have moved the CA to another W2K3 server (OK)

The problem comes when I try and restore the CA database.
Whenever I try and restore i get a message saying that I
cannot restore an incremental image without doing a full
    restore first.
The image that I am using is a full backup.
