    Default Cable Colors

Anyone heard of "cable colors"? The military uses these as a reference for emblems, devices and etc. I'm looking to find out what this color reference is and where I might find a Pantone, CMYK or RGB reference.

    Thanks,

    Default Re: Cable Colors

Further research shows that cable colors refer to thread color references. The Air Force Historical Research Agency provided me a pretty good reference that includes some Pantone color matches, but the reference is far from exhaustive. Anyone know of a larger reference?

    Default Re: Cable Colors

A Google search on "cable colors military specification" turns up a number of wire/cable manufacturers whose products meet various (color) standards. It appears there are quite a number of such standards, but maybe you can find what you're looking for there.
