    Default calendar popup

    Hi

I have been looking about for a calendar that pops up so the user
can select a date, which it returned and I can then use that date
    to do my query.

I have found LOADS of large calendar scripts but not one that
just pops up like this, has anybody ever come across one?

    Something like this perhaps?
    http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/script2/timestamp.shtml

Try to look for "javascript date picker" with google and you might get more
    useful results.

I wrote one which is just a small date selector which returns a
timestamp. The basic unit is here and you can incorporate it anywhere
you like. If you must use a pop up, you could.

If you are looking for a JS alternative this might do.
