Cam I have C4 on my PC and laptop?

I want to service my website when away from my PC. Am I allowed/able to have a
second installation on my laptop? And if so - how do I go about it?

Sorry if this has already been asked but I did a search and couldn't find
anything :-(

I think that the EULA states that you are allowed to do what you are up to.
