can a pdf form be made a merge document

I can create boxes in a pdf document and fill them out one by one, but can I
make a pdf document to be a merge document and then use Access 2000 data to
populate the document? thank you

Yes you can...It maybe be possible for you to do it using JavaScript and the
database objects but its simplier to use a website and a server side script
(ASP, ColdFusion, PHP) to connect to the database and then create the PDF
form file (FDF) to populate the PDF form...I primarily use this technique
with SQL Server and MySQL database...If you are interested creating this
