Being the complete pc novice that I am - can anyone tell me where the 'print only form fields' option is on Acrobat professional 7 pc version???

On a mac it's quite visible in the print option dialogue box but I cannot find it for love nor money on the pc.

    Cheers

    Michelle,

I do not believe there is such an option. Is there documentation to
suggest that there is? If so, where?

    Mike,

There is such an option on the Mac as de Siem pointed out. In Acrobat 7 on the Print dialog, there is a Comments and Forms popup menu where you can select Form Fields Only.

It's hard to imagine this feature isn't in Windows. Usually, it's the Mac version which is left behind!

    Steve,

My mistake. I thought Michelle was asking for a way to make a pdf so
that it only can print the form fields. I guess I'm too tired to miss
    the obvious.

    Thanks for the replies.

Indeed I too was surprised not to find this option on Windows version - like Steve said it's normally the Mac version without these nifty features for a while.

I shall have to think of a suitable workaround to keep the sales force happy!

Erm that option is available in the Windows version of Acrobat 6 and 7.
(perhaps not in the free Reader I haven't checked that)

File>print, this will open the print dialog box

look at the top right corner in this dialog, just below properties.
Under 'comments and forms' there's a drop-down menu where the last options is
    'form only'
