Can coldfusion access Outlook email contacts?

Hey can someone tell me how or if coldfusion can access outlook email contacts, i think it can be done using the COM objects but I am not sure, any help or links would be appreciated thanks!

Are you trying to import/export stuff from the local copy of Outlook on the individual's pc or from their
data that is stored on a local MS Exchange Server?

I had very complicated problems related to problem just like this. But the ways of solving were very inefficient. Luckily I could choose the right way which helped me to solve this trouble.
