Can connect to Informix 9.4, but not 7.31
I can connect to our ERP system test data which has been upgraded to informix
9.4 and everything works great. However our live system is on 7.31 and I can't
connect. I just get the 'timed out' error. Any suggestions why the older
version won't connect?

You will need IBM's JDBC drivers to access anything before 9.x.
