Default Can Contribute edit a site designed in Adobe GoLive?

    Aloha,
I am designing a site using GoLive for a client who would like to edit future
text and image changes with Contribute.

Does anyone know if this will work if I keep it simple for this client by not
using templates or components? What about features such as image swap and CSS?

    Mahalo for your time,
    Tauna

hi.. i think contribute can edit any html/jsp/php/asp page no matter what
software it was created in. CSS (internal, external, inline) is also supported,
though external CSS files cannot be edited directly with contribute.

As long as you stay away from using templates and components, it should work. I
tried Contribute on a site with a template and components and it promptly broke
all the GoLive code - the template and component items showed up fine, but they
would no longer update (had lost their links). Had to import the entire site
into Dreamweaver (converting components to Libraries etc.) before it worked.
