Can I add Contriubte functionality after the site isbuilt?
Is it possible to build a new site in Dreamweaver and launch the Contribute
component 6 months later? Or must one build a website using Contribute in order
to be able to use it?
I'm on a tight deadline for getting a site launched and I am wondering if it's
possible to implement the CMS in the next phase.

Yes, you can implement Contribute in a net phase, but it's good practice to
build your website with so called 'editable regions'. You can add these to your
template(s) (Main menu: Insert, Template Objects). This way Contribute users
will only be able to edit content in these regions and your site design will
not get messed up when they make a mistake.
