Can I create a link that goes to the middleof a page with an "Inherit Zoom" setting?
I'm trying to create links from a Table of Contents that will jump to the middle of a page, but with an "Inherit Zoom" setting. I've been able to create a link that will jump to the point on the page that I need, using the Link tool and the "Got to Page View" setting. Unfortunately, the link will only pick up the zoom setting that Acrobat is on at the moment that the link is created. If I try to edit the zoom setting, the link no longer goes to the correct spot on the page, but reverts to the top.
I know that it's possible to get this effect, because I've seen it working in other PDFs (though those were created in a Windows version of Acrobat 6) , but I just can't figure out how it's done. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it possible that this is something that I need a plug-in for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm currently running Acrobat 7.08 on a G5 iMac in OS X 10.4
