Can I embed fonts after a PDF has been created?
I hav a PDF from a client who has not embedded the fonts. Before I send it off to a printer I would like to embed the font so there are no substitution issues.
Can I embed fonts in a pdf file that has already been created?

If you have the fonts installed on your system you can try a couple of things. One, with Acrobat 5 or 6 Pro use the TouchUp Text Tool to select text and change its properties - embed is one of the options. Or, use Enfocus PitStop Pro.
