Can I have a non-printing image/template in Acrobat?
I'm trying to set up a system for a beverage company, so that a user can print a customer's name onto already printed custom labels. I need them to be able to type in a customer's name, and as they do, be able to see the label design underneath, but the design wouldn't print, just the name would.
I can't afford to go for a dedicated bit of coding for this, so I wondered if Acrobat Professional can use non-printing templates or layers?
Thanks in advance.

As long as your users have Acrobat Standard or Professional, they can print just the form fields. Reader doesn't have this option.
