Can I make a 256 color pallet?
I make touch panel designs at work and because the screens can only see 256 colors it's pretty hard to make them look nice. Is it possible to create a 256 color only pallet in Photoshop and use that? I REALLY need to know! Somebody help please!

Convert to indexed color.
This is covered pretty well in your manual.
