Can multiple users edit a draft page

I have a client that is considering using Contribute to update their web site,
but they need the capablility for multiple authors to edit the content of a
page and then submit it for review before it is published. Can this be done
with Contribute by using a draft page which can be edited by several users and
then reviewed by the website administrator before it is published live?
