Default Can not updated/edit FTP account information

When trying to administer my websites (Edit -> Administer Websites -> ...) a
dialog box displays the message: "You Secure FTP (SFTP) username or password is
incorrect. Please check you connection information. [OK]". When I hit OK the
dialog pops-up again, I hit OK again, and then nothing happens.

When I go to My connections (Edit -> My Connections), and select a site, the
buttons "Edit", "Remove", and "Rename" are grayed out. If I click an non-grayed
out button "Enable" or "Administer" I get the above mentioned dialog.

Any ideas my fellow Adobe friends? Scott.

Maybe your connection was created from a connection key? If so, make sure you
get your hands on the ftp (secure) username, password and address, delete that
connection and create a new one from scratch.

I forgot to mention that I'm using Contribute Publishing Server.

And I all the connections were NOT made by a connection key. And I can not delete/remove a connection, the button is grayed out.

Default Re: Can not updated/edit FTP account information

I'm an administrator on a site using Contribute Publishing Server, I can update
the ftp information - Edit menu, then Administer Web Sites, and select the web
site to be edited. On the Administer Website dialog box, select the Publishing
Server category on the left. The ftp connection should have an Edit Connection
button. If not, then perhaps you are not an administrator for the site.

I do have administrative rights. I can select a site by going to Edit ->
Administer Websites, but when I do a dialog box displays the message: "You
Secure FTP (SFTP) username or password is incorrect. Please check you
connection information. [OK]". When I hit OK the dialog pops-up again, I hit OK
    again, and then nothing happens.
