Can one set the Directory Service Restore Password in Domain Controllers Group Policy?
Gurus,
My final question today is in Domain Controllers Group Policy, can one set
the Directory Service Restore Password? I looked and couldn't find this
anywhere.

No. No Group Policy setting for this. You have to set this password on every
computer when you run dcpromo.
