Can only print 44 pages, or 88 facing pages - Adobe Indesign Windows

I am running Indesign 2.0, and when I print, or even export to PDF, I encounter an odd problem where I can only print up to 44 pages, or up to 88 facing pages. the rest of the pages appear, but come out blank, without the content. The information on the rest of the pages is part of a long text block, and graphics are still in the rest of the pages, but there is nothing that I have in the doent on the end pages or the beginning of the section that gets cut of that would seem to ...

I am running Indesign 2.0, and when I print, or even export to PDF, I encounter an odd problem where I can only print up to 44 pages, or up to 88 facing pages. the rest of the pages appear, but come out blank, without the content. The information on the rest of the pages is part of a long text block, and graphics are still in the rest of the pages, but there is nothing that I have in the doent on the end pages or the beginning of the section that gets cut of that would seem to cause the rest to dump. I'm running the program under Windows XP home, if that helps. The page size is 8.5x5.5 portrait, and the doent is currently 113 pages long, although I will be adding more. If I must in order to meet deadline, I can create a second doent containing the rest of the content and merge the two PDFs together, but I'd rather not have to do this step if I can avoid it. Any tips? I've run the file through preflight a number of times, without finding anything that pops up.

    Dear rankenphile

This suggests you have a problem on page 45. I suggest you try printing
just page 45 to confirm this.

I actually took all of the content from that page forward and moved it into a new doent. I printed that doent, and everything worked fine. I ended up converting both halves into PDFs and combining them for purposes of printing, and it worked out great. However, it still makes it a hassle to have to work with two separate files for one doent.
