I am running Indesign 2.0, and when I print, or even export to PDF, I encounter an odd problem where I can only print up to 44 pages, or up to 88 facing pages. the rest of the pages appear, but come out blank, without the content. The information on the rest of the pages is part of a long text block, and graphics are still in the rest of the pages, but there is nothing that I have in the document on the end pages or the beginning of the section that gets cut of that would seem to cause the rest to dump. I'm running the program under Windows XP home, if that helps. The page size is 8.5x5.5 portrait, and the document is currently 113 pages long, although I will be adding more. If I must in order to meet deadline, I can create a second document containing the rest of the content and merge the two PDFs together, but I'd rather not have to do this step if I can avoid it. Any tips? I've run the file through preflight a number of times, without finding anything that pops up.
