Default Can Previous Page View be controlled on Acrobat document?

I know how to control initial view and other preferences but I need to make sure when someone opens this document that the "previous page view" button is in the tool bar for navigation.

Seems like by default this should just happen in Reader and Professional but it doesn't seem to when we test this.

Anyone have any ideas? We don't want to have to write instructions on how to customize tool bars if we don't have too.

    thanks!

Default Re: Can Previous Page View be controlled on Acrobat document?

Unless it can be done in JavaScript (I'm not a programmer), there's no way in the interface to cause particular tools to appear when a file is open.

It's actually a good thing for people to learn how to customize the interface!

I suppose you could put a link to each prior page on every page of your document. If navigation is an issue it might be worthwhile.
