can't figure out - ASP Database

my asp website run ok with my IIS at home. but in company it's return "dll error" (my website don't use any dll). i think iis is broken but after reinstall it's still dll error ... i need some help .., thanks...

    Most of the other articles I found suggested a reinstall of MDAC. This one
    claims to have the solution:

    I would also look at NTFS permissions on the [system]\system32\inetsrv
    directory as IIS uses DLLs to process ASP server side code with the file
    asp.dll. If you are using anonymous level security, the IUSR_Machinename user
    must have read and execute permissions on that directory.
