Can you add text onto an image?

Rachel, all you need to do is open the image on your desktop, select the Text Tool, and start typing your greeting. Each line of new text automatically opens a new layer. If you save the image with the layers (in other words, don't flatten it before saving) you can print and then go back and delete the layers to remove the text. Ah, of course, JPEGs won't save layers, so you'd have to work in another format like PSD or TIFF.
