Can you use Access on a webserver with Dreamweaver, SUCCESSFULLY?
I have been reading about locked files and extremely slow pages using
access as your database on your web server. I am using dreamweaver for
designing and interacting with Access. I am in the process of building
a project for a school. I am early enought that i can make the switch
to SQL express. although, they have alot of work that has been done on
Access for the school already. Please any comments would be extremely
appreciated. Is this true that Access will lock up if simultaneous
request are made? Also, Microsoft claims in around 250 something
simultaneous connections possible. I have read closer to 9 or 10.
PLEASE HELP.
Thank you,
CJ
