Cancel Print Job and More
I am running Acrobat 4.05a on Windows XP Pro.
On some Excel 2002 files, when I try to print an entire workbook (10 sheets or so), Distiller will only transform the first page. That's problem enough, but when I go into the print cue to delete the job, there are many other files there. I can delete them with Cancel but the first one in the list won't budge. I've tried everything to get rid of it; but the only way is to close everything and re-boot.
I deleted Distiller and PDF writer and reinstalled and followed the directions from Nathan Strong on May 17, 2004, 12:21pm.
I think I have two problems: 1. I can't delete files when they're in the print cue and 2)I can't publish to PDF in some Excel files.
Your help would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

The oldest version of Acrobat compatible with Windows XP and Office 2002 is 5.05.
Solution: Upgrade to Acrobat 6.
