Is NetBIOS set to "Default" or "Disabled" on the other computers?
"Default" tells the computer to use the NetBIOS setting provided to it
by the network's DHCP server. I've seen many cases where the
"Default" setting doesn't work and must be changed to "Enabled". I
strongly recommend trying "Enabled". It can't hurt, and it will
probably solve the problem.
