Cannot Delete Pages in CT3

I cannot delete pages with CT3. I use File > Actions > Delete Page (get the
standard warning about possible broken links, etc.) I hit Yes to delete the
page. The dialog goes away and nothing happens -- the page still exists.
Administrator privileges are set correctly to allow pages to be deleted along
with rollbacks. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a fix for this?
