    Default Cannot Install on OSX

Ok. So I recently made a new user for myself (so there are now 2 admins,
bascially), on OS 10.4.x. On my new account, I realized that I cannot view
Flash content, so I downloaded the plugin.

Well, it didn't work. I have tried installing multiple times, uninstalling,
    restarting, everything, and nothing helps.

So...what could be the problem? I will give any other info that might be
helpful, all you have to do is ask!

Thanks for your help! I appreciate it!

Default Re: Cannot Install on OSX

Ok. Now I am sure that is a very helpful document. However, it won't let me go
to it. I get 2 error messages, one saying:
    Error: Category Not Found
    The other saying:
You Do Not Have Permissions to View This Page (I forget the exact wording, but
    very close to that).

So I don't know how you want to continue, but, yeah. That's where we are now.

Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it!
