Cannot Open Illustrator 11 File
Hello,
The other day I created an Illustrator document on my PC (Windows XP). It was an elaborate ad with various images and effects. This morning I tried to open the file and received this message:
The file "myfile" is an unknown format and cannot be opened.
After doing some research on my hard drive, I noticed that there was no information saved to my original Illustrator file (0 KB) and that a second file was created "aaa02292". It's file type is simply "file", and when opened does not include all my work.
Can anyone help me please?
Thank you,
Becky
