Cannot start Net Logon Service
Having an issue starting the Net Logon service on Windows
XP Pro machine. Error is "Could not start the Net Logon
service on the Local Computer." "Error 10106: The
requested service provider could not be loaded or
initialized." The logon that starts the service has
proper rights. Has anyone ever encountered this?
