Can't change gradient color
My gradient will only allow me to change colors - defaults to a white to black fill. Everything else in my project is changeable to whatever color I want.

Kevin,
The default gradient is grayscale color mode, but to change that, click on the white color box and go to Color palette and click options arrow (upper right) and change to color mode (CMYK/RGB) and then from color palette choose the color you wish. Do the same thing with the black gradient color box. Now you can simply use the color palette to the various boxes (you can add more colors, of course) to equal more than two gradient colors.
