Can't Change Page Size in Print Summary - Illustrator CS on Windows XP

Just bought Illustrator CS for my PC running Windows XP. Everything is working fine EXCEPT no matter what page size I set for my document, when I go to print and go through the steps, when I get to summary? it tells me my page size is 9 x 11. What's going on? HELP! (I am printing to a Lexmark Z53 and have set all things properly. I even contacted Lexmark - you guessed it - not their problem.)

Genvicki,

When you say you are setting your page size, do you mean for both the Artboard AND printer media size? Are they both the same size? And, if not, have you set the print to scale to print media size?
