Default Can't copy a page because it has a frame

I can no longer copy a page - Contribute tells me the page has a frameset. I
don't know how this came about as I used to be able to copy pages all the time.
Something changed a few months ago - would it have anything to do with the
Firefox upgrade? At any rate, how can I get around this?

Default Re: Can't copy a page because it has a frame

I don't know about the older versions but in Contribute CS3 you cannot copy a
    page containing a frameset.

You should be able though to create a new page that opens in the 'main frame'
    where your content is shown.

    1. Click the 'choose' button on the right of the addressbar in Contribute
    2. find one of the html files that normally opens in the main frame of your
    site and open it
    3. edit the content and publish this file as a new page with a new name
    4. now create the link to the page in your menu and target the main frame and
you should have a new page visible and available through your menu
