Re: Can't edit one of the pages on my site....
I got the same complaint from a user today. She can edit other pages, but this
particular page does nothing when she clicks on the Edit button.
Interestingly, I can edit the page from my PC. I'm the administrator of the
site. One thing that doesn't seem like it would make a difference, but it's
the only thing I can think of that is different about this page ... the user
sent the page for me and two others to review last week and I reviewed and
published it.
Any suggestions about what I should be looking for?
Thanks,
Kathy

Hi,
Can you check if the user has folder restriction set for the particular folder
?
Also check if she/he has been assigned with folder restriction in Edit Role
setting in Administration dialog.

Re: Can't edit one of the pages on my site....
Avinash,
She was able to edit other pages in the same folder so I ruled out
access/permissions problems. And the file itself didn't seem to have any
strange permissions.
We did "fix" the problem though. The user deleted her connection and
re-created it using the same connection key as before. After that she could
edit the page.
Thanks for responding.
