Default Can't find the EXTENDED GRAPHICS STATE named "GSO"

I've created a pdf from an .ai file (CS2) and then created a Form (Acrobat 7.0.8 ), then I sent it to the client and at their end they set it up to be auto-populated; once done they re-open the pdf auto-populate it they're getting the following error:

Could not find the Extended Graphics State named ‘GS0’.

And the graphics from the .ai files are all gone (just boxes, text, 1 logo, background shading – nothing complex i.e. no transparencies etc.) and they are left, now, with the Form fields only.

    What's happening here?

Default Re: Can't find the EXTENDED GRAPHICS STATE named "GSO"

    The client solved the problem.

The PDf file size was 750 KB, which, apparently, was too big for their third party software to handle. They upgraded that 3rd party software to the latest version and now it's working correctly.
