Can't hide Stock Scrollbar Graphic!?

I figured out how to make the handy-dandy custom scrollbar slider, but I can't
figure out for the life of me, how to get the 'stock' slider to go away. The
scrolling text and stock slider are right next to the custome one.

Also, the alignment is terrible, but it looks like that's a bug with it.

You can set the framing property of the text member to Fixed and stll
getcustom scrolling.
