Default Can't I insert an entire XML node?

I'm trying to insert an entire XML node - it completely matches the other nodes
in the XML Doc. But CF just gives me errors (An error occured while trying to
add an XML node to an element.
The right hand side of the assignment is not of type XML Node. )

But it IS a node... I swear.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Drew

I have psychically evaluated the code in question and have come to the
conclusion that "The right hand side of the assignment is not of type XML
Node." Seriously, though, could you post the code in question? I know that
sometimes I make simple mistakes that are impossible for me to see.

:disgust; I am running into this same problem where I am trying to merge two XML documents together. I'd like to put my vote in to get a clean solution to this seemingly trivial problem.
